Sales Force, Implementation

Sales Force is a term used to describe the team of people who are responsible for the sales of a company. The Sales Force is made up of salespeople and other personnel who work in conjunction with these salespeople to sell their product or service to customers.

The Sales Force may also be referred to as Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support Reps, or just Sales Reps. This term can include any member of the organization that interacts directly with customers and prospects for the purpose of selling products or services.
